This October, RUGGEDBOOK SR858 successfully qualified the Government Joint Procurement Program and was qualified as a major domestic IPC supplier for rugged computers. We are going to have the opportunity to cooperate with R.O.C. Taiwan coast defense organization they will adopt Samwell SR858 as the military rugged notebook in their patrolling operations.

SR858 certified under the Military Standard (MIL-STD-810F & MIL-STD-461E)

reliability test and Ingress Protection (IP65) rating to resist the most extreme and harsh environmental conditions. This sunlight readable SR858 is also equipped with integrated solutions for wireless communications, including Wi-Fi 802.11 a/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 Class II, and built-in GPS receiver & WWAN 3.5G module can be supported in mobile telecommunication.  

 

 

This is a distinctive achievement for RUGGEDBOOK to receive the qualification into the government system. And it is a clear recognition for that Samwell’s technological ability and capability to develop products and devotes exertion on our country and people here and supply good quality computers -this is our goal and great achievement.
